What does the process involve?

Identity Verification – Guests must submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie (left, center, and right-facing) to confirm their identity and prevent fraud.

Background Screening – This includes a criminal history check to enhance safety and protect against identity theft or unauthorized access to our properties.

Completing this one-time screening is mandatory to stay at a Roamia property. If you have any concerns or require further assistance, our Guest Experience Team is available to help.
