Why did I receive a noise alert?
At Roamia, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, neighbors, and partners. To help maintain a peaceful environment and ensure compliance with our community standards, each unit is equipped with noise sensors that monitor sound levels.

If the noise level exceeds 80 decibels—approximately the volume of a busy street or restaurant—for an extended period, our team is automatically alerted. You will receive a courtesy message requesting your assistance in reducing the noise level to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

Please note: Repeated noise alerts may put your reservation at risk of cancellation without a refund.
