The safety and comfort of our guests, partners and neighbors is of the upmost importance to Roamia. In order to help ensure all guests are following our community standards, each unit is equipped with noise sensors to monitor decibel levels. If the decibel level reaches above a standard level (80 decibels) for a continued period of time, our team is alerted and you will be sent a message kindly asking you and your guests to help us maintain a lower level of noise. 80 decibels is roughly equivalent to the sound level of a busy street or restaurant.
