The registered guest must be 21 years of age or older when booking directly with Roamia.

Proof of identity and age is required for check-in. Guests must be 21 or older in order to book a stay at Roamia.com per our Guest Accommodation Agreement, with some exceptions as noted below.

 

If you are booking through a third-party booking channel, such as Airbnb, please note that age requirements may vary by platform. Please understand that you may be able to confirm a reservation, but it will not be verified if you are booking under the age of 21.

 

Varying from properties, we can verify bookings for ages 18+
