Something is broken in my apartment. How can I report a damaged item to be fixed?

The best way for our team to collect the necessary information is to report the issue through our Maintenance Request Form. Once you have completed the form, we will escalate the concern to our property team to address.

Please document the broken item by sending a photo to Roamia's Guest Experience team via email or text with a description of what is broken, and Roamia will assist with any necessary follow-up steps.
