Disruptive behavior

Avoid making excessive noise, disturbing common spaces, or disrupting fellow members of the community.

 

Smoking 

No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property, including any outdoor or amenity spaces.

Theft & damage 

Respect others' property and belongings. Do not take or damage property that is not yours.

Discriminating against, or harassing, others 

Community members should feel safe and welcome. Harassment or discriminatory behavior towards a fellow community member is not tolerated.

 

Check-out 

All community members are expected to check out at the designated time. Remaining in your accommodation past that time impacts our ability to ensure others can enjoy their stays.

Posted rules 

Each property is unique. We expect all community members to follow all posted rules or visible guidelines, even if they are not included here.

Misrepresenting yourself

Trust is a fundamental element in the creation of a successful community. Community members should provide an accurate name and date of birth ahead of their stay and must not use their accommodation for commercial purposes.

Occupancy 

For everyone's safety, large gatherings are prohibited, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum number of guests allowed for your Roamia. Every overnight guest should be named on the reservation. The booking guest is responsible for the behavior of guests they invite into the community.

 

Weapons 

Roamia and the properties where we operate are weapons-free environments. Community members should not create hazardous situations for others and should not carry firearms or other weapons on the property.

 

Illegal Activity 

As a member of the Roamia community, you are expected to know and follow all applicable laws. Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

We want every experience to be safe for everyone. Harming, threatening, or endangering others within our community is not allowed under any circumstance.
