My WiFi isn't working, what should I do?
If you are experiencing WiFi disruptions or lack of internet service, please follow the basic troubleshooting steps below:

Please ensure the modem is powered on. The green lights next to "broadband" should be flashing.

Confirm your modem is plugged in, and ensure the cables/wires are firmly connected.

Restart the modem by unplugging the cord from the back of the box. Keep unplugged for 10 seconds, and then gently plug the wire back in.
