I left something behind at my Roamia. How can I retrieve it?
We’re sorry to hear that you left something behind at check-out. Our team is committed to helping you retrieve your lost item. To assist us in locating it as quickly as possible, please fill out our Lost & Found Request Form with the required details.
Once submitted, your request will be shared with our on-site team, who will begin searching for your item.
Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. If we locate your lost item, our team will follow up with you.
How do I get my item back?
If we find your item, we can arrange shipment for a minimum fee of $60 to cover shipping and handling.
We do not have on-site staff available for pick-ups, so shipping will be the only option for item returns.
If you left behind an item that cannot be shipped (such as medication), please contact our team immediately.
