This information is encrypted and securely processed through Persona, a trusted third-party service specializing in fraud prevention and identity protection.

What to Expect in the Pre-Arrival Checklist
Depending on the location of your stay, your Pre-Arrival Checklist may also include a background screening, which could involve a criminal history check. This process helps prevent identity theft and fraud while ensuring the safety of our guests and the surrounding community.
