Occupancy
Roamia welcomes guests of all ages! Maximum occupancy will vary per property and unit size. Guests younger than two years old do not count toward the total number of guests. Anyone over two years old is counted as an additional guest.

 

Visitors
Visitors must be accompanied by the Reservation Holder at all times. If you are planning on having any visitors during your stay, you are expected to register your visitor by reaching out to our guest experience team and letting us know of the changes. Please note that the total number of guests and visitors must not exceed the occupancy limit as indicated on the listing at any point during your stay. Roamia also does not provide air mattresses for visitors. You are responsible and liable for the actions of all Visitors.
