How do I request my receipt or invoice?
If you booked directly through Roamia.com, you can view and download your receipt by logging into the Lodgify-powered Roamia Guest App. Simply navigate to the Documents section at the top of the page, where you’ll find your invoice.
Invoices typically become available upon check-out. If you do not see your receipt, please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
If you booked through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo), please contact the booking platform directly to request a detailed invoice.
