How do I complete the Roamia Pre-Arrival Checklist?

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, Roamia requires all guests to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist before check-in. This process is designed to verify your identity, confirm guest details, and secure your reservation.

Accessing Your Pre-Arrival Checklist

Check your email or phone for a personalized link to your Pre-Arrival Checklist after booking your stay with Roamia. Be sure to check your spam folder.

Completing ID Verification

Roamia prioritizes security by verifying guest identities. To facilitate this, we partner with a trusted third-party platform, Persona.

Guests must upload a valid, government-issued ID (non-expired).

Take a selfie to match the ID (left, center, and right-facing angles).

The process takes less than 5 minutes and can be done on a smartphone or computer.

Privacy Assurance – Neither Roamia nor Persona stores personal or sensitive information after verification.

Providing Guest Details

The main reservation holder must be 21 or older to book a stay and complete the Pre-Arrival Checklist.

At select properties, the minimum booking age is 18 years old.

The reservation holder must add the names and emails of all accompanying guests.

By completing this process, the reservation holder agrees to Roamia’s Terms & Conditions.

Setting Up a Payment Method for Security Holds & Incidentals

Roamia may place a temporary authorization hold of up to $500 on your payment method.

This hold will be automatically refunded within 48 hours after check-out unless damages or policy violations occur.

If any deductions are necessary, we will notify you and work with you to resolve any concerns.
