How do I complete the Roamia Pre-Arrival Checklist?

Roamia wants to ensure the safety and security of our guests and residents. To help us do this, and to save you time, we've created a Pre-Arrival Checklist that outlines the steps you need to take before you arrive.

 

Accessing your Pre-Arrival Checklist

Check your email and phone for a personalized link to your Pre-Arrival Checklist after you have booked your reservation with Roamia. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you don’t receive the link within 24 hours, email our Guest Experience team, or call us at (720) 306-1274.

 

Completing ID verification

At Roamia, we verify your identity to confirm that you are who you say you are. To facilitate this, we've partnered with a third-party platform, Persona. During the verification stage, you'll be asked to provide a picture of a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID, and take a selfie to match the ID. This process can be completed on a smartphone or computer and takes less than 5 minutes.

 

We want you to feel secure in sharing your information with us. That's why we'd like to clarify that neither Roamia nor Persona store any personal or sensitive information.

 

Providing Guest Details

Each main reservation holder must be 21 or older to book a reservation through Roamia and to complete their Pre-Arrival Checklist, except at select properties where the minimum booking age is 18 years old. The reservation holder will be asked to add the names and emails of any guests that will be accompanying them. 

The main reservation holder must complete this process and agree to all Terms and Conditions in order to stay with Roamia.

 

Set up a payment method for an authorization hold and incidentals

As part of our policy, we may charge an authorization hold of up to $500, which will be automatically refunded to your account within 48 hours after your stay, unless there are damages or policy violations. If this happens, we'll let you know and work with you to address any issues.
