How do I check out?
Our standard check-out time across all Roamia properties is 11 a.m. local time. If you require additional time before departing, please contact our Guest Experience Team at least one day in advance to request a late check-out. Approval is subject to availability.

Before You Leave:

Trash Disposal: Please follow the trash disposal guidelines provided in the Guidebook section of your Roamia Guest App.

Returning Items: Ensure all keys, fobs, and parking passes are returned as instructed to avoid a $250 replacement fee.

Final Walkthrough: While deep cleaning isn't required, we appreciate guests leaving the space in a neat and orderly condition for the next visitors.
