How many units do I need to reserve to receive a group discount? 

To receive group pricing you will need to reserve 10 or more units for one or more nights.

Do you offer corporate rates?

Absolutely! Please complete our Business Travel Inquiry Form to receive more details. A Roamia team member will reach out with options to meet your team's travel needs.

How do I make a payment?

Payment can be made by credit card.

Will each individual be responsible for the deposit/ incidentals?

Each individual reservation holder will be responsible for placing a credit card on file for a security deposit.

Can our group negotiate a special rate and have each person pay individually for their Roamia?

Do you offer meeting space?

A limited number of Roamia properties offer meeting space. Get in touch and we'll be happy to let you know what we have available.

Will our group be on the same floor?

Many of our properties have units that are located on the same floor. We'll be happy to let you know what options we have for your group.
