Checking In

Help! My code isn't working and I'm locked out

If you are unable to gain access to the building, please call or text us at (720) 306-1274 and our team is happy to help.

 

 

If you are unable to access your apartment, please check the front of the lock for the manufacturer and refer to the instructions below.

 

 

Yale Lock — Touch to activate, enter four digit code, followed by the check mark. 

Schlage Lock — Press the Schlage logo, enter the four digit code, and press the green checkmark. If the lock is not lighting up at all, hold down the "Schlage" logo for a few seconds until the keypad lights up. From there, you can enter the door code.

Please note that your door code will only be visible as early as half an hour before check-in time for security purposes.
